Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Automation Manager to oversee the operations and demand generation efforts within our growing department.
Role & Responsibilities:
Demand Generation
- Ownership of link-building strategy and SEO
- Strategize ways to nurture leads from various channels ensuring a unified approach
- Competency of the following KPI’s: website visitors, email click-through rate, keyword rankings, number of leads, & conversion rates
- Collaborate with team to monitor and improve upon the brand’s online reputation.
- Managing Online Reviews
- Engaging with customer feedback on various platforms
- Building trust and credibility amount consumers.
- Enhancing the Brands online presence.
Division Support / Operations /Management
- Manage Loan Officers’ Website
- Facilitate creative requests for loan officers & teams
- Social Media Management
Marketing Automation
- Oversees and manages the email & SMS platform & campaigns
- Experienced with platform integrations with Salesforce
- Ideal candidate will fully own the email instance including reporting, ROI analysis, managing all aspects of automation programs, and handling one-off emails.
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Creating emails using templates, and ensure that all emails templates, and landing pages meet CAN-SPAM, web accessibility, and ADA compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent business experience required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a general marketing role.
- Ability to manage and understand primary KPI’s to assess marketing and business goals.
- Strong analytical skills to make fact-based decisions
- Proficient with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua.
- Have used CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics
- Knowledge of website CMS such as Wordpress, basic understanding of HTML
- General understanding of Google Analytics.
- Solid organization skills and a results-oriented, collaborative work style.
