As part of the Wannamaker Management Company Executive Team, the Marketing Director will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for a wide range of companies (immigration law firms, marketing company, psychological evaluation services, real estate) that align with the company's business goals. This leadership role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, leading cross-functional teams, and driving measurable results.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand message.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and foster innovation.
- Utilize analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Education/Experience
