We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. This role will oversee social media channels for the parent company and our key brands, driving engagement and growth.
Position Overview:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and curating compelling content, reporting on analytics, managing brand reputation, monitoring trends, paid and organic campaigns, and managing third-party social media vendors. This role is pivotal in increasing brand awareness and engaging our audience across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies for Fowler Packing Company, Peelz Citrus, and Samsons Grapes
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy
- Manage brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner
- Capture and share content from internal and external events
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

- Proficient in social media platforms and analytics tools

- Experience in content creation, including photography and video production, is a plus

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the time
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management
- Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts for brands
Reporting:
- This role will report to the Director of Marketing.
