Role Overview:
The Global Partner Marketing team plays a crucial role in driving the success of our clients's partner ecosystem through strategic marketing initiatives. In this specialist role, you will work closely with our partners to support co-marketing programs that generate demand, increase brand awareness, and accelerate pipeline growth. The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting in supporting the creation and execution of partner marketing activities. This role will provide operational support for our Partner Marketing Managers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Assist with concurrent marketing campaigns and provide deliverables support across regions and markets
- Strong Marketo and Salesforce experience is desired
- Ability to write concise and effective communications both internally and externally – able to distill details into key messages for programs such as email invites and event/campaign landing pages
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with cross-functional teams, and communicate information and updates related to project statuses, deadlines, and tasks on-hand
- Basic understanding of and experience with B2B pipeline generation strategies and tactics (i.e. multi-touch campaigns, live and virtual events, direct mail, etc.)
- Maintain productive relationships with Global Procurement Office and Legal teams and help to streamline procurement and contracting processes where possible
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle tasks from multiple Partner Marketing Workmates productively with a "can-do” demeanor and customer service approach when engaging project collaborators and extended teams
- Manage ongoing and quarter-end requisition, PO, and invoice requests and regularly update budget tracking document for Partner Marketing, Accounts Payable and Finance representatives
- Proven success in coordinating external vendors and suppliers
- Research and source vendors to assist Partner Marketing team
Other Qualifications:
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills - passion for solving challenges with a strong work ethic
- Thorough and able to successfully navigate project demands within established timelines.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Tableau, Google Drive, and Highspot are preferred
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Onsite event support, including travel, is possible throughout the year – up to 10%.
