Specialty: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details:
- Timing: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
- Total Hours: 40 hours per week
- Call: No call required
- Overtime: No overtime
Work Details:
- Support Staff: Dedicated team provided
- Coverage Needed: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Patients per Day: 3-5 outpatient surgeries/day; 10-12 endo cases/day
- Patient Population/Age: Adult-Geriatric
- Department Description: Exciting opportunity to manage complex cases in a collaborative care team environment. Experience across various specialties including General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, and more. Work within a medically directed care team model.

- Travel and lodging expenses covered
Requirements:
- Board Certification: Required
- License Required: Active AZ license. Not accepting unlicensed candidates at this time.
- Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum Experience: 1-3 years
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
