Job Summary: The Group Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of group tickets and hospitality packages. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and creating memorable fan experiences through theme nights, large group outings and full menu selling.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive group sales plan to achieve sales goals
- Prospect, qualify, and close new group sales accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Plan, organize, and execute group events and theme nights to exceed customer expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
- Provide exceptional customer service to build loyalty and repeat business
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, sports management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Aggressive, competitive and committed to achieving goals
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software preferred
