Your main functions will be:
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive group sales strategy to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, leading and motivating a sales team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure overall success.
- Develop and implement a robust group sales strategy aligned with Palladium Hotel Group objectives.
- Identify, qualify, and convert group business opportunities through effective lead generation, sales calls, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and associations.
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in group sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
