What It Takes:
- Availability: Standard business hours
- Independence: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communication: Regularly communicate with supervisors and upper management
- Database Management: Manage and maintain records in ATS and software databases
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external employees
- Office Management: Perform general office duties as needed
- Client and Vendor Relations: Communicate with clients and vendors effectively
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues promptly
- Data Tracking: Track and report relevant data to management
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage schedules for upper management
