Videographer - ONSITE

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE
Equipment: Provided: (Sony A7SIII + Black Magic URSA Mini Pro OLPF)
ONLY THOSE WITH REEL, Youtube, and or Instagram / Portfolio will be considered.
Location: Las Vegas
Role
You are technically a videographer, but that means so much more than just filming. You are a hybrid role who is capable of wearing multiple hats, cause you’ve got it like that. The main functions of this role are videographer, video editor, and sound editor.
You also aren’t afraid to get scrappy and create some graphics when the need is there. But your priorities are:
- Filming workshops, ads, or other needs
- Prepping for next film session
- Video / Sound Editing for media needs
- Assisting with film session
Responsibilities
- Leading the filming initiative for all workshops, events, or special requests
- Leading the filming initiative for all ads, VSLs, or special requests
- Prepping camera gear for any shoots you are leading or assisting on
- Taking ownership over knowing if there’s an event that needs coverage
- Editing long form video content (as assigned in Asana)
- Editing long form audio content (as assigned in Asana)
- Editing short form video content (as assigned in Asana)
- Making the occasional graphic design as requested OR as you desire (when the creativity strikes - act on it)
Requirements
- Understanding of our cameras and how we use them (Sony A7SIII + Black Magic URSA Mini Pro OLPF)
- Understanding of our lighting set up and how we use them
- Understanding of our audio set up and how we use it
- Understanding of talent management and how to engage while filming
- Understanding of live streaming
- Understanding of project management and ability to hold self to schedule
- Deep understanding of video and audio editing – hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Speed and clarity in communication (primarily in Slack)
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change
Results
- We’re capturing all the presentations from our workshops & distributing internally
- We’re capturing our roundtables at the workshops and creating short form content to distribute on social media
- We have a dedicated lead owning the creative side of filming our paid ads
- You’re distributing workshop presentations to speakers within 2 days of workshop ending for review
- You’re producing 10 shorts per week from workshop footage
Location
- Las Vegas, NV, or willing to relocate
- A relocation stipend is offered
Availability
- M-F 7:30 am–5:30 pm PT
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when there is an event or film session scheduled

Hours: Standard M-F 7:30am–5:30pm PT + all events (weekends/after hours).
- Long hours, must be motivated to work 13-14 hour days so to speak, hustler.
