Job Info:

- Shift: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- This role is primarily conducted in the field, the ability to work in all elements is a must.

What you'll do:
- In the field, diagnose and recommend service and repair actions for agricultural and commercial equipment
- Show and explain to service writers and/or customers what and why a component failed and what the repair process looks like
- Assist service writers with creating repair quotes based on the extensiveness of the repairs needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance service for agricultural and construction equipment
Relevant Experience
- Hands-on knowledge of farm (predominately hay) and construction equipment
- Experience repairing and maintaining Tractors, Combines, Balers, etc.
- Previous experience with Case IH and New Holland products a big plus
The preferred candidate should have the following:
- 2-3 years as a Field Diesel Tech
- Diesel Tech training in either a formal or on-the-job environment
- Case IH Certification preferred
