Role Description
This is a contract role for an Admissions Consultant. The Admissions Consultant will be responsible for guiding students through the college application process, including providing advice on college selection, essay writing, and interview preparation. The Admissions Consultant will work remotely and communicate with clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings. The Admissions Consultant will be responsible for managing their schedule and meeting deadlines. We are also looking for mentors to help students build their resume through projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience in college admissions counseling or a related field is preferred
- Experience reviewing and analyzing admissions applications and essays
- Knowledge of the college admissions process and application requirements
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback to students
- Experience in academic advising, test-prep tutoring, or mentoring is a plus
- Bachelor's degree at a top school is preferred
