Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, tracking, and management of project scope, schedule, costs, resource plans, issues and risks, as well as maintaining project and product quality for projects assigned.
- Develop, forecast, and manage project financial budgets on a regular basis.
- Ensure successful project integration management in AD&L, plan and monitor stakeholder management, provide clear and transparent project reporting for various audiences, lead reviews and seek approvals from identified stakeholders, and deliver effective communications on project activities.
- Maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams providing project updates, changes in project scope, timing, or requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
- Engage with internal teams and vendors, and provide guidance as required.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- B.S. or B.A. required, life sciences degree highly preferred.
- Prefer 3-5 years of experience in project management required.
- Experience managing client-facing projects required.
- Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO strongly preferred.
- Understanding of GMP product manufacturing from initiation through release capabilities preferred.
