Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience with ground-up construction in South Florida managing a project from start to finish. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the completion of projects
- Planning, organizing, scheduling, supervising, and inspecting the work of skilled tradesmen and helpers
- Manage project personel
- Develop a plan of action including schedule, resources, and budget
- Work directly with the development team and field team to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Manage work and inputs from a variety of stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of experience
- Ground-up residential experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with a team
