LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Dynamics 365 ERP Support Specialist to deliver hands-on support and solutions to ERP end-users across all modules of D365 and its applications. This role also encompasses support for various IT needs.
This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2. Role is completely on-site in the East Bay.

Responsibilities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate technology issues.
- Assist with development testing prior to deployment, in collaboration with the D365 Implementation Team.
- Participate in a tier 2/tier 3 support team for Dynamics 365 or similar cloud-based ERP environments.
- Prioritize and manage support tickets to meet Service Level Agreements.
- Provide technical support to business and manufacturing end-users.
- Work closely with system users to address daily issues or errors related to system hardware/software configurations, system enhancements, and post-implementation support.
- Support and troubleshoot label printers, mobile computers, PCs, and tablets accessing D365.
- Escalate development-related queries to business consultants as necessary.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years as an ERP Support/ IT Support/ System Support or related experience.
- 1+ years of support experience with Microsoft Dynamic 365 required.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly in a "job shop"/ manufacturing environment required.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and resolve competing issues.
- Ability to conduct functional testing, write, and execute test scripts and bug reports.
- Experience with Power Apps.
Salary Expectations: 90,000 -120,000
