Job Title: MES (Application Support) Engineer
Location: Nashville TN | Bowling Green KY - Onsite
Type of Hire : Fulltime Permanent || Contract
Pay rate - $27-$31/Hr on W2(Without benefits)
Job Description:
We are ramping up our Engineering team with professionals who come with MES & MOM background with understanding of OT
(Operational Technology). You will be responsible to assess customer (end user) needs, identify challenges or issues, and
configure solutions.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Participate in design workshops (general and detailed) to collect and understand the client's business needs.
- Ensure the convergence between the expressed needs and the standard operation of the MES / OT solution is adhered to.
- Document activities carried out, Organize, and supervise the acceptance phases.
- Secure and manage the integration phases and deliveries.
- Be in direct contact with the customer within the framework of the workshops.
Pre-requisites:
- Should have minimum of 6 months and above of work experience in OT and Manufacturing domain. Must have working
- knowledge on MES/MOM Domian with OT (Background. i.e. ISA 95 Level 2.
- Should have knowledge on PLC, SCADA and OPC (Open Platform Communications)
- High learnability – Should be willing to learn and pick up new areas of technology required by the project.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of Studio 5000, Factory talk SE/ME edition, Machine integration/Line Integration recipe management,
- Discrete Manufacturing and Batch Manufacturing (ISA-95 & ISA-88)
- Good to have the experience in Apriso MES or Other MES / MOM, OPC;
- Well versed with deployment and release management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
