IT/OT Compliance Analyst - ISO 27001
We are hiring IT and OT Compliance Analysts (Two positions) to assist in creating comprehensive technical documentation. This includes documenting workflows, processes, and updating our formal policies framework (Nimbus). The documentation will address remediation tasks from audits conducted in 2022 and 2023, which need to be resolved before the end of 2024. Additionally, we aim to achieve TISAX certification by the end of 2025.
Location - The initial phase will require an onsite presence in Calvert, Alabama for the first few weeks to meet the team and understand our specific needs.
Duration - 6 months to complete 2022 & 2023 remediation with a 6-12 month extension available to support the TISAX Certification
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document workflows and processes for IT and OT systems in a manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with the Global assurance internal auditing team to gather information and ensure accuracy
- Address remediation tasks from 2022 and 2023 audits, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate by the end of 2024
- Support the documentation needs for achieving TISAX certification by the end of 2025
- Update and maintain documentation within our formal policies framework (Nimbus)
- Follow clear guidelines for documentation
Qualifications
- Expertise in OT manufacturing environments
- Extensive experience with documenting IT infrastructure, data centers, cybersecurity policies and audit remediation
- Strong knowledge of audit processes and remediation documentation
- Familiarity with ISO 27001
- Knowledge of TISAX is also preferred but not required
- Proficient with Nimbus for formal policy framework documentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and tools like Visio
- Strong independent work ethic and reliability
