About the Role:
This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of CRM technology solutions for our MedTech companies. The Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into high-quality user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
Responsibilities:
- User Story Development: Lead the creation and refinement of high-quality user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and comprehensive.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to understand and document requirements.
- Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
- SAFe Framework: Apply SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices to enhance team collaboration and streamline project delivery.
- Requirement Analysis: Conduct detailed requirement analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning sessions to ensure user stories are ready for implementation and support the team during the sprint execution.
- Testing & Validation: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst, with at least 3 years on Salesforce development projects.
- Expertise: Proven expertise in writing high-quality user stories, drafting business process flows, managing product backlogs.
- SAFe Experience: Working application of the SAFe methodology (i.e., participated in PI Planning).
- Technical Skills: Mastery of using JIRA and Confluence for task/issue management
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
- SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe Agilist (SA) certification.
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
