Job Description:
- Lead the Design, Development, and Maintenance of QA test frameworks for Integration, Regression, and stress testing.
- Own and Manage the QA test framework roadmap, aligning it with business needs and product goals.
- Collaborate with QA and Development to define and implement comprehensive testing strategies.
- Ensure best practices in QA development artifacts, including test code repositories, are maintained and demonstrated to the team.
- Continuously improve test coverage, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize scalability across cloud services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree (Ph.D preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in embedded software in the data center, networking, security, cloud services, or automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of test methodologies and software development processes.
- Proficiency with Linux command line, shell scripting, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with cybersecurity and reviewing/challenging product specifications.
- Competent in one or more programming languages: C++, Python, Java, Javascript, Go.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, PyTest, Behave, Postman, etc.
- Familiarity with relational databases, NoSQL databases, client-server architectures, and automation tools like JIRA and Jenkins.
- Passion for testing and quality assurance with a strong understanding of the principles involved in software engineering and development.
