Required Skills/Experience

5 years of industry experience working in a support role
Windows 10 desktop installation, deployment, and troubleshooting
Windows malware/virus troubleshooting and threat removal
Account creation/suspension, password change, and managing permissions in
Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
Office 365
Setup of local & network printers/scanners
Microsoft Office suite deployment and support and messaging apps including Microsoft Teams, etc.
Deployment of e-mail security filtering, MFA, and secure password platforms
Deployment and administration of mobile device management (MDM) solutions
Layered security approach and experience (cloud to handheld)
Remote work VPN technology and troubleshooting
Proven aptitude for technical troubleshooting
100% customer service orientation
