Enrollment Solutions Admin
We are seeking a detail focused Enrollment Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with insurance carriers and or benefits. Have a strong background in data entry and a keen ability to build and manage essential enrollment tools. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, consistency in following processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We offer a professional approach to meet the insurance needs of businesses, individuals, and seniors. Located in the 78232 area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Manage ENav Plan Library Annually
- Develop and maintain the ENav plan library, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Review and update plan information regularly to reflect any changes or new additions
- Build and Manage Enrollment Packet Library Annually
- Create and organize the enrollment packet library with detailed and comprehensive materials
- Ensure all enrollment packets are current and compliant with regulatory standards
- Complete ENav Case Installations
- Execute ENav case installations with precision and thoroughness
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case installations and address any issues promptly
