Job Description
Plaintiff's law firm is currently seeking a Labor and employment/litigation attorney with experience in Nevada Courts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Perform legal research, draft correspondence, complaints and other litigation documents for filing as necessary.
Heavy discovery work.
Attend court hearings as required.
Work with Managing attorney and a team of 2-3 on all cases.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Nevada Labor and Employment Laws.
In good standing with NV State Bar
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgement, and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
