JOB DESCRIPTION
The Clinical Informatics Manager is responsible for overseeing the Help Desk team and Clinical Informatics team. This role ensures efficient and effective support for end users, including healthcare providers and administrative staff, in their use of information systems and clinical applications. The incumbent will manage the day-to-day operations of the support teams, ensure high quality service delivery, and collaborate with other IS and clinical departments to enhance user satisfaction and system performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Management
- 6 years of Information Technology/Technical Services experience
PREFERRED:
- 3 years of Management experience
- Advanced Level Certification in Information Services
