One of our clients is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, Tableau, Redshift, and Power BI, with a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role is crucial for driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Utilize Amazon Redshift to manage large datasets and optimize database performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting tools.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and insights to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies, and recommend improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar data warehousing solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
- Experience with additional BI tools or technologies.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
