Qualifications:
MUST HAVES:
- Must Be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
- Communication must be 10/10 with a displayed eagerness to learn and grow.
- 2+ years Previous Mortgage Industry experience is A Must Have
- Must have worked with loan origination software for 1+ year within mortgage operations. Familiarity with loan origination processes and systems. Please ask candidate to explain this to you before submittal.
- 3-4 years previous experience as an IT Business Analyst. Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Agile Methodology – intimate familiarity
- Must Have previous exposure to API’s - testing, UAT, BRD
- LOS software integrated with POS system among others
- Jira or similar tool
- Must provide reason for leaving previous employers shorter than 3 years.
Responsibilities:
- Sprinting on retail sales team, agile methodology, utilizing Jira
- Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, production support for small enhancements on lots of different applications including proprietary internal LOS (loan origination software)
- Coordinate the elicitation, specification, and validation of the functional project requirements through the use of interviews, document analysis, viewpoints, etc.
Compensation:
- Targeted salary up to Min Salary: 85,000.0- Max Salary: 92,100.0.
