ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months
LOCATION: Sunnyvale, CA (Tuesday-Thursday onsite hybrid)
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in program management - maintaining a strategic plan and schedule, informing and advising stakeholders, reviewing the status and progress of each deliverable, ensuring the quality of outcome for key deliverables.
- Have a deep understanding of SAP, Invoicing, and Trade In operations - ideally in an Apple context.
- Be comfortable working with a high level of ambiguity and delivering results in an unstructured environment.
- You can prioritize strategic objectives which optimize for speed, cost, and environmental impact while also achieving high-value tactical outcomes.
- Must have phenomenal presentation skills with a keen eye for detail, and expertise in synthesizing complex information for a wide range of audiences.
- You are an excellent teammate who can influence through collaboration and leadership, and are able to work effectively with other teams, bringing them along for the journey is essential.
- Obsess over the customer experience and are particularly curious about how to deliver new experiences across digital and brick-and-mortar channels.
Job Description:
- Review and assess the invoicing flow to identify process improvements and technical enhancements.
- Provide ongoing analytical assessment of the opportunity and communicate to cross-functional leaders.
- Build out technical requirements and rollout new SOPs to support business improvement opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and rollout new initiatives that drive business growth and scale.
- Setup reporting and business updates to monitor program performance.
- Support issues and escalations as needed.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $55.00 to $62.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
