Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Project Managers to join our dream team at Immaculate Restoration. In this crucial role, you will oversee restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills will be vital in helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals as we scale from $5 million to $10 million, and ultimately to $100 million and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and comply with industry regulations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final project reports.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to senior management.
• Vision Alignment: Contribute to our long-term vision by providing innovative ideas and strategies to support our growth from $5 million to $100 million and beyond.
Qualifications:
• Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the restoration or related industry.
• Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Xactimate and other industry-standard project management and estimating software.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve project issues effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex project information clearly.
• Technical Skills:
• Xactimate
• Microsoft Project or similar project management software
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Job management software (e.g., DASH, PSA Restoration Contractor)
• Construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations and standards related to quality assurance.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
