Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm. In-office on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays; remote on Saturdays and Sundays
Term: Approximately 3 months with possible extension or perm conversion
Overview: Forrest Solutions seeks a temporary Recruiting Support Specialist to join our Staffing team. This position supports Recruiters and Client Services Managers by creating and publishing job ads to attract applicants, scheduling interviews with qualified candidates, and conducting a range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing
- Create, publish, and manage job ads posted on platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
- Review new and existing candidates in the Forrest Solutions database for job qualification matches
- Engage qualified applicants via phone, email, and platform messengers to confirm qualifications and schedule interviews on CSM/Recruiter calendars
- Conduct confirmation calls
Weekend Client Support
- Fulfill last-minute staffing requests from Saturday morning through Sunday evening
- Respond to employee call outs, and backfill with replacement employees when required
Administrative Support
- Create and maintain candidate trackers for high-volume hires
- Assist Recruiters and Client Service Managers in weekly timesheet processing as required
- Take notes during client meetings, and draft meeting summaries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- A minimum of an associate’s degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in a staffing agency is helpful but not required
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, in particular with Outlook and Excel
- Experience using Salesforce, or another Client Relationship Manager (CRM) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a major plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to excel working on a team and individually
