ITIL Change Manager
Chandler, AZ or Irving, TX – hybrid onsite – 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
Duration: 24 months - MUST BE LOCAL TO CHANDLER AZ OR DALLAS-IRVING TX
W2 Rate $58-60/hr – NO CTC, NO THIRD PARTY
4+ years experience in Change Management with a solid understanding of networks/networking
Prior experience with support of Change Management/Major Incident/Problem management is required.
ServiceNow experience in those disciplines is a plus.
Will be part of data center implementations, network security policies, procedures
Will be handling problem/incident management and reporting
ITIL Certification will take priority and is highly preferred
Will be responsible for performing analysis, reviewing data files, creating reporting and supporting Change Management and Service Reliability functions for the organization.
Will create documentation, processes, and programs to ensure quality standards are met, relevant controls are followed and executed, and deficiencies are identified and addressed.
