You Are:
- An experienced IT Professional with 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, managing and providing solutions for IT Infrastructure.
- Experience with Office 365, and Azure supporting end users.
- Efficient in setting up IT assets, firewalls and new equipment.
- Functional as a primary point of contact and communication with customers, keeping customers aware of progress.
You Will:
- Report to the client site 3 times a week supporting tickets, IT Infrastructure along with end user support.
- Troubleshoot and make recommendations to their current IT environment.
- Be hands on supporting IT infrastructure along with the ability to troubleshoot remotely.
- Work with WANs, Lans, TC/IP, Firewalls, Routers and Switches.
You Have:
- IT certifications such as MCP, A+, Network +, MCDST, MCSE
- Ability to pass a drug test/background check
- Eligibility to work in the US for any employer, as sponsorship is not available
