Senior Staff Packaging Engineer - Onsite
Pay Rate Range: $80.00/hr. - $86.66/hr W2 Only

Responsibilities
* Lead the development and optimization of packaging systems for a diverse portfolio of medical devices
* Utilize expertise and creativity to design and implement innovative packaging solutions
* Ensure compliance with packaging regulations and best practices
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand packaging requirements and develop effective solutions
* Conduct packaging testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality
* Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in packaging processes
* Continuously evaluate and improve packaging processes and procedures
* Mentor and guide other packaging engineers and team members
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding packaging design and development
* Participate in project planning and provide input on timelines and resource allocation
* Troubleshoot and resolve any packaging issues that arise during production
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of packaging materials, equipment, and technologies
* Contribute to the development of packaging standards and guidelines
