Lead Salesforce Developer - 12 Month Contract to Hire
Duration - 12 Month Contract to Hire
Location - Hybrid, Denver, CO (2 days on-site)
Pay Rate - $75 - 80/Hour
Repsonsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and implement custom Salesforce features, including Apex triggers, classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Tailor and configure Salesforce to fit the organization's business workflows.
- Partner with developers and administrators to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high code quality through adherence to best practices.
- Keep current with the latest Salesforce updates and technologies to suggest and apply system enhancements.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation and training materials, and provide user training and support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Developer with extensive knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce tools.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security frameworks and best practices.
- Experience with integration tools and technologies is an advantage.
