As the Product Manager for Sleep Therapy Devices, you will oversee a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Upstream Product Management - bringing new products to market. **
Your responsibilities will include developing product requirements and roadmaps and integrating customer feedback into the overall product strategy.
Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in Upstream Product Management or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technical or an equivalent experience in clinical industry.
- Possesses systems for monitoring progress against goals.
- Proven ability to analyze product category and report on business objectives.
- Ability to assimilate data, recognize key variables and analyze computer situations.
- Ability to work towards outcomes.
Preferred Experience & Education:
- In-depth experience with Sleep Therapy Devices such as CPAPs and masks - strongly preferred. **
- Strong knowledge in marketing and/or healthcare experience or pharmaceutical sales background.
- Experience with medical devices & durable medical equipment.
- Business-to-business channel relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Master's degree in business or marketing - preferred.
Working Conditions & Travel Requirements:
- Requires normal visual acuity and hearing.
- Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some work (less than 5%) requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment.
- Travel is required up to 50% - This is a hybrid position (out of state applicants are fine), but candidates should be prepared to travel to Dublin, OH up to 2 weeks each month when needed. **
- Company will pay/reimburse for necessary travel expenses.
Duties & Essential Functions:
- Product Champion: Develop a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and the market.
- Project Management: Manage product development by tracking key projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project goals are met.
- Planning: Develop, communicate, and implement strategic and operational plans.
- Financial & Shipment Results: Understand business financials, evaluate investments, and analyze business trends.
- International: Assess international opportunities, distribution channels, and product designs.
- Distribution/Account Planning: Create and implement product and market strategies for different customer segments. Develop training for sales, plan strategies for distribution and buying groups, and support major account planning.
- Promotion/Advertising & Public Relations: Create promotions and events to grow the business. Develop advertising and PR strategies as needed.
- New Products/Markets: Collaborate with R&D, business development, and other resources to develop new products and explore new markets.
General Responsibilities:
- Attend departmental meetings, seminars, and training for professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all department guidelines.
- Provide customer-focused service and perform duties per department policies.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
