Job description:
As a VoIP Lead, you will oversee the design, deployment, and management of our VoIP infrastructure. You will lead a team of VoIP engineers, ensure system performance and reliability, and collaborate with various departments to integrate VoIP solutions with our existing systems.
Required skills:
- VoIP System Management: Design, implement, and maintain VoIP systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of VoIP engineers, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations and projects.
- Expertise in VoIP technologies , networking fundamentals, and telephony systems.
- Knowledge of VoIP security practices and threat mitigation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
