We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Air & Ocean Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our air and ocean freight services, leveraging their industry expertise and business development skills to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends in air and ocean freight.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring air and ocean freight services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- Present and articulate our value proposition to potential clients, emphasizing our capabilities and tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking and reporting progress regularly.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Performance Metrics:

- Proven track record of success in business development within the freight forwarding industry, with a focus on air and ocean services.
