Rate: $74.08/hour on W2
Work Type: Hybrid – In-Office for 3 days
Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94086 (Locals Only)
Duration: 6-month contract (with possible extension)
Job Overview:
- This role in the Digital Workplace team will be primarily focused as a Collaboration solutions expert securing and configuring our O365 and Box environments.
- You will be a core member of the team and work collaboratively with the broader collaboration team as well as cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support for our O365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and Box environments with knowledge of advanced configuration settings at the enterprise level and security best practices.
- Provides tier III support for trouble resolution of Intranet, SharePoint, Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, Mural, Box, and O365 to supplement the program's operations team.
- Play a critical role in building and sustaining business partner relationships while driving the adoption of the collaboration products and platform.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
- Engage with technical staff to contribute to the technical strategy and design to meet business needs.
- Create technical documentation for the support teams and customers.
- Proactively research and evaluate tools and technologies, as appropriate, to the collaboration environment.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications like SharePoint, OneDrive, and other cloud solutions.
- Proven success in implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud-based solutions, with a preference for experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and content migrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues in collaboration with teams.
- Admin experience managing & supporting Box enterprise environments in the following areas; user account management, reports generation, integration of 3rd party applications, security, and permissions.
- Extensive experience troubleshooting, support & ticket analysis using the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to lead project implementations with responsibility for architecture designs and solution strategy
- Ability to effectively present product and/or solution information to both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Broad experience in eliciting requirements and communicating clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in authoring, editing, and presenting technical documents.
