Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a leading Utility scale EPC business to continue their growth within the Electrical Engineering group.
This company are a one of the most reputable business’ in the Utility scale space, they have an illustrious history of delivering high quality projects to their customers. Alongside this, they have also managed to build one of the most impressive Engineering teams across the Solar space.
Currently, we are looking for Senior and Principal Electrical Engineers to join the team.
In this position you will be responsible for tasks including:
- Preparation of all Technical Drawings, Technical Specifications and all subsequent studies.
- Completing regular reviews of all Electrical Systems across the Solar sites.
- Lead all layout design projects.
Key things to note:
- You will be going to customer sites to conduct site assessments, acting as the technical POC for the client. (travel will be limited to roughly 5 times per year)
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in this kind of role.
- A background working within the Utility Scale Solar space.
- PE (Professional Engineer) certifications are a must have.
- A background working with customers to assist on the acquisition of the RTB permits is great.
