Job Description:
A top Miami technology firm is looking for a seasoned Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technology and product teams. The focus will be on leading, advising, and growing their Product & Technology teams while ensuring technological advancement for the entire company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, a proven track record of driving innovation, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technology Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the technology and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a similar senior technology leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, particularly in post-quantum encryption and decentralized networks.
- Experience using languages such as Go and Python. Further experience utilizing React Native in building Frontend applications, involving NodeJS and other miscellaneous JavaScript technologies. Also experience building Backend databases, with PostGreSQL and MongoDB.
- Strong background in product development, with a focus on high-availability applications and asset representation.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strategic mindset and a customer-centric approach.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
