Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled IT Manager, Enterprise Applications to manage and support Merchandising, Sales Audit, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance applications. In this role, you will be a reliable partner for the Merchandising, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Finance teams, ensuring the successful delivery of business requirements and the resolution of production issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience managing teams and user requirements.
- 10+ years of experience as a technical lead in the retail industry.
- Technical and functional knowledge of Merchandising systems, WMS systems, and Finance.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end programming languages, including SQL, JAVA, HTML, .NET, PLSQL, and other scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of integration processes.
- Ability to manage triage, resolution, document configuration changes, and monitor performance.
- Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients.
- Determination to identify the root causes of application errors and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to run and oversee projects.
- Proficiency in using various incident tracking tools.
- Exceptional communication and written skills.
