We are seeking a skilled Lab Support Engineer to join our team developing Oracle's world class technology specializing in storage and edge cloud products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing lab environments, ensuring they are optimized for testing, development, and troubleshooting activities. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of storage solutions, edge cloud products, and virtualization environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain lab environments, including hardware and software setup for storage, edge cloud products, and virtualized environments.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and testing of storage solutions, edge cloud services, and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lab environments, including network administration tasks, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development, testing initiatives, and network management.
- Monitor lab resources, network performance, and ensure optimal availability and efficiency.
- Document lab configurations, network setups, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Job requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hardware lab setting or hardware support role
- Hardware break fix experience
Preferred
- Python experience for automation

US: Hiring Range: from $30.96 to $67.93 per hour; from $64,400 to $141,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
