Overview:
To support our rapidly expanding customer base in North America, we seek an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven Sales Manager to contribute to our automotive business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Lidar sales for key automotive accounts in North America.
- Own accounts, identify opportunities, and achieve targets.
- Execute and develop a growth strategy for key customers.
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to achieve the company's vision (management/product owners).
- Build multi-level customer relationships to support account strategy and coordinate the use of internal resources, including local field applications and engineers, program management, and business unit staff to drive design wins.
- Drive the overall sales process from lead generation to deal closure, managing contract and price negotiations.
-Provide value-added feedback on customer needs to manage business units and customer service teams.
- Provide short and long-term forecasts.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A result-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic Sales Manager with extensive sales experience with Automotive customers (OEMs) in North America.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who can work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated background in driving success in the Automotive Market, with at least 5 years of experience in sales, applications, program management, or marketing.
- Background in selling opto-mechatronic/sensor solutions (Lidar/Camera/ECU/Displays) or similar electrical products.
