HIRING: Tier 2 Technical IT Support Analyst
AKA: Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Specialist / Tier 2 Help Desk Support
THE OVERVIEW:
High Country Tech Search is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst / IT Support Specialist / Help Desk Support - "A liaison between computer users and IT staff" to join a small, tight-knit, Denver based IT team.
REQUIREMENTS:
— Denver Local (this is a hybrid in-office role)
— 3+ years IT Service Desk experience: It's key that communicate clearly both to technical and non-technical users
— 3+ years experience configuring desktops, laptops, peripherals and mobile devices.
— 3+ years PC / Windows experience: MAC knowledge a plus (Core Tech: Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Office365, Networking and mobile devices, Zoom/Slack and Configuring desktop devices)

SALARY & BENEFITS:
— 55K to 75K salary
