A high-profile Plaintiff's personal injury firm near Wall Street is looking for a Paralegal with New York Labor Law (Construction Accident) Cases a Plus. Work hours are 9:00-5:30 in the office 5 days a week.
Seeking experienced bi-lingual litigation paralegal to join our growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting all pleadings including summons and complaints and BPs.
- Drafting motions, discovery demands and responding to discovery demands.
- Preparing and filing RJIs, Notes of Issue, Notice of Entry and Stipulations.
- Obtaining lien information from medical providers, Workers Compensation and Medicaid/Medicare:
- Must be able to E-file/NYSCEF;
- Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing relevant medical records; and
- Heavy clients contact daily.
EXPERIENCE WITH NEW YORK LABOR LAW (CONSTRUCTION ACCIDENT) CASES A PLUS.
