Position: Medical Call Center/ Customer Service Representative
Location: Fort Worth, TX [13501 Park Vista Blvd, Fort Worth, TX - 76177]
Duration: 7-8 Months+ Contract with possibility of extension!!!
Note:
- Hybrid role. Most of the time they will be working from home except on days they are pre-planned to work in the office. Candidates should live in the Fort Worth area.
- Work Schedule: (Days & Time): They should be flexible to work any day (Mon-Sun | 40 hours/ week) between 7:00am – 9:00pm CST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Candidates should have Call Center experience, if they have worked in the medical field is a plus.
- Responsible for interfacing with customers, The customer service representative will handle in bound calls, make outbound calls and work in cases.
- They will work on e-vouchers, vendor switches and cases from sales force.
- Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.
