Large Prestigious Wilmington, Delaware law firm is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join the
Personal Injury practice group. The ideal candidate has experience in Personal Injury and
some Worker's Compensation. and will support attorneys in managing cases .. Salary $70K to $90K
depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
- with attorney oversight, draft and review documents
- Coordinate medical providers and Insurance adjusters
- Manage and maintain case files and records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or Paralegal certificate
- Minimum of law firm experience in Personal Injury law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and case management software
This is an on-site position .. with some flexibility .
