Pay Range: $55 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- RoR Developer -
- You know how to write highly scalable and distributed Ruby on Rails services.
- You have experience in developing mid-tier services in a service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Experience working with Postgres and other relational DBs
- You are comfortable using Agile development methods
- Experience with Linux and VIM
- You have great communication skills.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- RoR with Java
- Overall 8 Yrs of Experience into SDLC and 5+ years of experience developing in Ruby on Rails
- Candidates must be able to solve Algorithms problems using Ruby and Java
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Experience working in a test-driven environment
- Comfortable doing paired programming and extreme programming
- Ability and desire to work with multiple technologies - Java, RoR, GraphQL etc
