A leading Private Equity firm in Midtown is seeking a bright, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for screening, prioritizing, resolving and managing all incoming internal and external communications for the CEO; Preparing and editing outgoing communications and presentations; Managing and maintaining calendar, executive appointments and meetings, complicated international travel itineraries, Personal Assistant duties, liaising with household staff, event planning and more. This is a very hands-on and crucial role for the CEO and team.
Requirements:
-At least 7-10+ years of C level executive support in financial services
- A strong executive presence, polished professional image and demeanor
- Desire to meet and set higher standards of excellence
- The ability to prevent potential problems or disruptions by anticipating needs and proactively taking logical next steps; demonstrates persistence and resourcefulness in solving problems and fulfilling company’s and executive's requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communications abilities
- Strong client service and interpersonal skills to interact with and develop rapport with all external and internal constituents, including investors, outside directors, consultants, potential employees and potential strategic partners
- Tact and diplomacy in interacting with others; positive attitude, complete and strict confidentiality
- Outstanding MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills and the demonstrated ability to manage a complex calendar, including professional, civic and personal priorities and commitments?
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, plan and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, highly organized and "own the details" orientation with excellent follow through.
This role will be in office M-F.
