Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to spearhead the implementation of a sophisticated digital marketing technology platform for a major client. This role will harness expertise in AEM, e-Commerce platforms, Java applications, and Node.js/React applications to drive project success.
Salary: 175-200K
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Direct the technical delivery of complex digital marketing technology platforms, ensuring the effective use of AEM, e-Commerce platforms, Java, Node.js, and React.
- Project Planning: Develop and execute a detailed project plan, aligning with client goals and objectives to ensure project success.
- Team Management: Lead a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Project Oversight: Manage all facets of project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular updates and maintaining clear communication on project progress.
- Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges, delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the client’s platform.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years in technical delivery or project management roles with a successful track record in managing complex technology projects for enterprise clients.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AEM, e-Commerce platforms, Java applications, and Node.js/React.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high-performing technical teams.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Client Management: Proven skills in client-facing roles and relationship management.
- Methodologies: Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
