Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage daily communication with other departments, shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouses in a timely manner
- Collaborate with colleagues for order processing in ERP system- Netsuite
- Prepare shipping documentation, including bill of lading, packing list, and customs forms
- Resolve any shipping issues, delays or discrepancies that might arise during the transportation process
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years related experience in freight logistics
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of workload
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and great organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office with a high focus on Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
