About the Company:
We are looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Operations Support Specialist resource to join our team. Dollar Tree hires thousands of new associates weekly nationwide and we need an additional team member to provide systems, administrative support, and guidance to our end users throughout the hiring & onboarding process. Ultimately, you will help keep our hiring and onboarding systems and processes running smoothly, providing outstanding customer service to our field users resolving issues.
- The position is a full-time, hybrid contract role with an administrative/systems focus.
- 40-hour per week contract role (Monday – Friday) with hybrid flexibility.
- Paid hourly.
- Local applicants in the Hampton Roads Metro area only please.
About the Role:
- Provide front-line level 1 end-user support of Hiring & Onboarding applications and determine proper course of action for problem resolution.
- Primary support of BrassRing hiring and DTO for onboarding.
- Quickly troubleshoot user issues in BrassRing and DTO systems.
- Resolve user issues and technical problems in the system and communicate resolution back to the ticket submitter.
- Educate ticket submitters on self-service resources to help empower all associates using stationary responses.
- Assist in daily reporting and physical set up of new hire orientation materials on Fridays for each upcoming Monday new hire class.
Qualifications:
- Strong aptitude to learn new systems with extreme attention to detail when investigating issues.
- Demonstrated effectiveness working in high volume electronic issue resolution environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer service focus and strong interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively through electronic communication.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Previous ATS support experience preferred.
