AGA, LLC is a small boutique accounting firm specializing in small business accounting and tax preparation. Our services range from A/P, A/R, Payroll and Bookkeeping functions to Monthly Financial Statement Preparation, QuickBooks Training, Business Analysis and Tax Preparation.
We are looking for an office/staff manager to work out of our Morrisville, VT office to help with current work load, grow the business and manage a staff of 8-10+. 5+ years of accounting experience and 2+ years of managerial experience necessary. Bachelors degree in accounting minimum (Masters Degree and CPA welcome). Flexibility on start date to give a good transition out of current position to former employer. Office hours would be Monday - Thursday 9am-4pm with flexible Fridays at a minimum (40 hours a week expected). Office closed to clients on Fridays.
Candidate must have the ability to stay on task, work independently and interact with clients and staff in an organized and professional manor.
